Drawn around the light
Atrium 38 began with a single question: where will the sun be at four o’clock? Every room in the building answers it. Living spaces face the long afternoon light, bedrooms wake to the east, and a skylight above each home lets the day move across stone floors from morning to dusk.
The architecture is quiet on purpose. Walls of local stone, ceilings of oiled oak and bronze details that will darken gently over the years. Nothing is added that the light cannot improve.
Life in Monaco
Residents share a pool cantilevered over the rooftops, a private club with a library and screening room, and a concierge team who answer by name. Arrange a private viewing at the hour the residence is at its best, and walk the rooms with the architect who drew them.
Private viewing
See it at the hour its light is best.
